Returns & Exchanges
We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also include you details and Purchase Order number.
Change of mind or incorrect size
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@mandicshoes.com advising us the reason for the return. Please let us know you plan to return your order so we can confirm if it will be accepted, keep an eye out for its arrival and also reserve any exchanges you may to make
You are responsible for cost of postage to return your order.

Damages and issues & repacking fees
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you are required to return a faulty item, you will need to pay for postage but Mandic Shoes will refund you any costs of postage once you faulty return has been verified. This will be refunded in the same method that you paid for your goods
Please DO NOT USE the shoe box as a return shipping box. Instead return product as received with tissue stuffing and either repack box in paper or use a shipping sachet. If the outer shoe box is damaged a $5.00 repacking fee will apply
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, any item that has been worn ( es faulty), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale items
Unfortunately sale items may only be issued a credit. Gift cards cannot be refunded
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
